The Psyop is an understable 9-speed, fast enough for positive distance, but slow enough to be easily caught in the psychological operations that sway the masses into compliance. The Psyop can be handled by slower arm speeds as well as by experienced players who need an anhyzer flight path or a flip-up disc in controlled circumstances. Every throw is a test of compliance.
